On-demand service is provided based on notary availability at the time of request. Immediate service is not guaranteed.

3. If Notary Is Unavailable
If the notary is not immediately available, you will be given the option to schedule the next available appointment at no additional cost.

4. Non-Refundable Once Session Begins
Once the notarization session has started, fees are non-refundable, including cases where the signer is unable to complete the session due to technical issues, missing identification, or incomplete documents.

5. Document Readiness
Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are complete and ready for notarization prior to submitting payment.

6. Identification Requirements
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all notarization sessions.

7. Technical Requirements
Clients must have a stable internet connection, a compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone), and working audio/video.

8. Compliance
All notarizations are performed in accordance with Nevada state laws and remote online notarization regulations.
