• All remote online notarization sessions are recorded via secure audio-video technology for security and legal compliance. By proceeding with your session, you are providing your express consent to this recording.

5. Geolocation restrictions

• Although I can notarize documents for clients located anywhere in the world, the document must be intended for use within the United States or for a U.S.-based entity.
  Please note that some foreign countries or institutions may choose not to accept notarizations performed by a U.S. notary, including remote online notarizations.
