Appointment Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment:

* $10 deposit for Standard Notarizations (session cost: $25)

* $15 deposit for Extended Notarizations (session cost: $35)

*  $50 deposit for Real Estate Transactions (start at $200)

Cancellations & No-Shows

* Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments forfeit the deposit.

Completed Services

* All notarizations are final and non-refundable once completed.

Full Refunds

* A full refund (including deposit) is only issued if we cancel or cannot complete the appointment on our end.

 

Refund Requests

* Submit refund requests within 3 days of payment. Refunds are issued to the same payment method.
